Abstract

Happiness, have you ever know that this concept can be a scientific term, and a feeling in the same time. This journal of happiness combine a collection of happiness studies, scientific frameworks and subjective well-being applied theories. This journal is one of the essential resources that any trainer or coach can cite from. Also, the scholars who are interested in self-help and well-being researches, can investigate about the subjective understanding of happiness. It provides a variety of sciences, psychology, sociology, economics, statistics and medical approaches that highlights the causes and effects of happiness in our lives.

Every professional trainer can expand his knowledge with latest studies on Self-Help field. Nevertheless, understanding the scientific methods that explains everyday life situations can help to improve the basis of any workshop or training program.
